How do I sign up to drive?
Our driver app is available iOS and Android, which you can download here. This app is all you will need to register. You just sign up, upload the required documents, and wait for the green light from us.
When does the service launch?
We are already live in Grand Cayman and Bermuda. Stay tuned for our launch in other islands.
How much can I earn?
It's totally up to you - the more you drive, the more you earn. In Grand Cayman and Bermuda, estimated hourly rates are $29-$65 for economy rides and $38-$86 on premium rides, depending on traffic, time of day, and demand, and island.
You can maximize your earnings by:
Setting your status to "Online" to get notified first about rides closest to you
Promoting the app to drivers and riders to boost market liquidity
Upgrading your vehicle class
Taking night or early morning rides, which pay a higher rate, from 10pm-1am and 1am-7am.
How do I take a ride?
Go "Online" in your driver app whenever you are available to drive. You don't need to keep the app open - you will receive a push notification once a ride is available. You will have 15 seconds to accept the ride. If you don't accept it, it will be offered to the next available driver. You will be sent the full driver manual once you are registered.
What cars are allowed?
All cars must be 4 door, hard top vehicles, no older than 2008. The car interior and exterior must be clean, in good working order, with no obstructions to the back seat area such as baby seats or personal items.
We have 4 tariffs, which may vary depending on your island.
GO! Hatch - for Hatchback vehicles
GO! Classic - for Sedans or SUVs
GO! XL - for vehicles that can accommodate at least 6 passengers
GO! Girls Only - an additional tariff for all GO! Classic female drivers
What documents do I need?
To provide passengers with the a safe and enjoyable experience, we require all drivers to submit the following:
Drivers License
Valid Insurance
Photos of your car
Additional due diligence documents or background checks may be requested. Once we review your submissions, you will be approved to drive.
How do I get paid?
We've partnered with Deel, a global payment provider that works in any country, giving you the flexibility to choose any payment method that works for you. A fee may be payable to Deel depending on what withdrawal method you choose.
Wise, Revolut, Paypal or Card transfers have little to no fees.
Instant card transfers: allow you to push a transaction to your debit card. This is cheap and fast, however, many Caribbean banks do not support push-to-card transactions, so we would advise using a more modern on-shore bank card in your name if you use this method.
Bank transfer: You can wire your funds to any bank account you like. You are responsible for incoming wire fees that your bank may charge.
Once you have accrued a minimum balance of $50 in your driver wallet, our payroll system will deposit the funds into your Deel account. You then have the flexibility to choose the withdrawal method that works best for you. Payroll is currently run every week as long as your balance is above $50.
How often do I need to drive?
There is no obligation to drive or minimum ride quota to meet. You are free to drive whenever it suits you. However, we may periodically review and suspend dormant accounts subject to notification.
You have the flexibility to drive however and whenever you like. Perhaps you are at home and expect to be on the road soon to run an errand. Simply go online in your driver app, and you will receive a push notification when someone nearby needs a ride. Alternatively, you may stay online indefinitely to take rides whenever you wish.
