• Background Checks: Our background checks include inquiries into criminal convictions and driving under the influence. We disqualify those with convictions for violent crimes, sexual offenses, and drug-related crimes, though the checks are not foolproof.

• Occupation Inquiry: We ask drivers about their current job to better understand their background and availability, but this is not a guarantee of character or performance.
